At Heart♥Print&Art, due to the nature of digital products that are instant download, we cannot accept changes, cancellations or offer refunds once the purchase is made. If there are any problems with the download, please contact our store so we can help you.
For physically delivered products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference once the purchase is completed or the item has been delivered. We do not work with ready-to-use stock. Each order is made especially for each client.
Exception for making changes to the design of physical products after purchase:
Changes to personalized products (text, sizes, photos and colors) are only allowed within the first 2 hours after placing your order; after that window, no exceptions can be made and the product will be processed as requested. Please contact me if you need to make a change.
We make sure to provide detailed descriptions and previews of each item to help you make the best decision. If you have any questions or concerns about a product before purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us; We are here to help you.
Exception for damage or manufacturing errors to request a replacement or refund:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item arrived defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if for some unknown reason the product did not arrive, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it. Remember to provide a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing and take photographs of the product as evidence.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
(a)Refunds or replacements according to the previous statement:
We will notify you once we have received inspection of your return and inform you whether the refund or replacement was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, if it is a replacement you will be offered a new shipment of the product for free. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
